Through my career, it’s been a blessing to help a senior come off oxygen, rehabilitate a teen with a neuro-muscular disease, also helping many men and women to come off medication. All of these clients’ success comes down to an individualized program specifically designed for their needs and goals. I have changed the lives of many and I can help you as well. I am extremely passionate about training individuals with different fitness goals. In my 19 years of training experience, I have helped many people get started and have improved their well-being and physique. I am experienced working with all fitness levels, ranging from beginners to advanced athletes and special populations (those that require greater level of supervision). Ages vary from youth to senior adults and I work with both, men and women. I can help you maintain and/or advance your fitness goals. As your personal trainer, I will help you learn how to make nutritional choices, make lifestyle changes and how to use proper form during your training. Growing up, fitness and sports have always been a strong passion of mine. Working with ages from youth to senior adults, I have experience in one-on-one, personalized programming and group training. My mission is to help my clients believe, aspire and achieve their goals by educating, motivating and assisting in overall health, wellness and injury prevention. As a college graduate through Bryan University and certified personal trainer through International Sports Sciences Association (ISSA), I am confident that my education, experience and passion will allow me to assist, motivate and help you achieve your goals.
