Personal trainers will help diversify your training experience. They help keep you motivated and guide you throughout the hour of programming. You will learn how to use proper form, generally slow and controlled movements with full range of motion. Customized programming is based on clients goals which begins with an assessment. You will experience using both, free-weights and machines. Trainers also implement aerobics and core work for optimal training. We provide nutritional advice and promote health and wellness.
